Anthony Tidwell is a community leader and Certified Prevention Consultant with a strong commitment to prevention, youth development, and public safety. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, he returned to the community 15 years ago with a renewed focus on creating positive change through education, collaboration, early intervention, and art. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas Tech University.
With more than a decade of experience working with youth, families, and community partners, Anthony has seen firsthand how prevention and early support can redirect lives before negative behaviors take hold. Those experiences led him to create Cutwell 4 Kids, a community-based nonprofit that delivers prevention-focused programming and uses creative outlets, including art, to build resilience, accountability, and healthy coping skills.
Anthony’s work is grounded in the belief that prevention strengthens communities and supports law enforcement by reducing risk, promoting responsibility, and helping create safer, more connected neighborhoods. Through partnership and education, he continues to work alongside schools, agencies, and law enforcement to build a healthier future for Arkansas.
